Founded in 2020. Boutique by design.
Midorick was started in 2020 by a group of operators who had spent a decade hiring
talent across the Dominican Republic for North American companies — and watching too
much of that talent quit within the first year, frustrated by faceless agencies and
copy-paste benefit packages.
We believed an Employer of Record could be different: small enough to know every
employee by name, technical enough to run real payroll and compliance, opinionated
enough to push back when a client's policy would get someone disengaged in six months.
Five years later, we're proudly rooted in LatAm & the Caribbean, working with
startups and fast-growing scale-ups who want a true extension of their team —
